Is there any real help out there?

I am on the verge of losing my home I have been paying on for nearly 26yrs, only owe for about 4yrs and have over $100,000 in equity. The real punisher is that the lender who is foreclosing is the 2nd seated or called equity line and I owe them around $25,000+/- with more interest and ridiculous fees. Now, my daughter got a loan for all the back payments, all interest and all fees. Can you believe that the lender, First Citizens Bank located in NC refused the money. Yes, they refused the guaranteed money. They want my home. The good thing is that they would have to pay off the 1st mortgage, but the bad thing is I only owe $15,000. This is a nightmare for me and my daughter's family. You see, I gave the house to my granddaughter some time ago because she accidentally fell out of my van in a parking lot and the guilt has been overwhelming for me. I thought since she is now 21yrs and God gave both of us a second chance I wanted to do something good for her. No amount of money will ever make up for the loss she physically sustained, but this was something from my heart because she wanted to be more independent this house is already handicap accessible for her. I am also handicapped from my ex husband from domestic violence. I have had so many things happen in my life and I am a survivor. I want so much to give this house to Savanna aka Savanna Miracle. But the bloodsucking wolves from First Citizens Bank don't want the money, and they don't want to deal with me or my credit. Now remember the banks getting bailed out when they were supposedly in trouble, well, we taxpayers paid for all of it. It didn't come from the president, or some nice rich guy, but the poor and middle class mostly. Now that we are in trouble where is my help? I have tried, applied, replied, called, emailed, searched and cried. I have found no one to help me. The Obama makinghouseaffordable is rather a joke and the joke is on the homeowners who have bought their homes years ago. If you bought your house and you owe more than the house is worth you can get help. But not if you have any equity in it. I called the great "hope line" the government has on the internet. They were no help. I went to lenders who did modifications and no help there either. I have tried everything and nothing is working. I have only a few weeks before my house goes on the sale block and I'll lose my life savings I have put into my home and I'll have given nothing back to Savanna. Is there anyone out there who can help me. I am beyond proud, I am down right desperate. I would take a loan, donations, fundraisers, anything to get up the roughly $40,000+ to pay off both mortgages before I give it to Savanna. I need to mention the reason I am in trouble which is none of my fault. The biggest cause is my ex stopped paying his court ordered child support and alimony and then the economy tanked. Those two things alone caused me to lose a good bit of my income. I am also a Christian and I believe God will find someone for me and Savanna. I ask anyone reading this to get out the word and make it happen. Don't let bloodsucking First Citizens Bank take my home which I have worked so long and hard for. My heart breaks for those who are also losing their homes and even more for those who have already lost their homes. I also believe Americans are very caring and sharing people and when the going gets tough the Americans come through. God is good, all the time, God is good. God bless America.
